Lwazi is a University of Johannesburg graduate whose passion for cooking comes from bringing joy to people through food. For him, food is about connection, generosity, and the excitement of endless possibilities. From sushi artistry to global cuisine, Lwazi’s creations are driven by finesse, balance, and vibrant presentation. A dedicated athlete and soccer enthusiast, he lives Nutridish’s values both in and out of the kitchen: fuelling performance, staying in shape, and inspiring healthy living. Beyond the kitchen, Lwazi is deeply rooted in his faith. His belief in balance, for body, mind, and spirit, is the secret ingredient in every plate he serves.

Chef Lungi
Lungi is a young, driven, and qualified chef currently advancing her studies in Consumer Science. With over five years of experience in the culinary industry, she has learned that great food goes far beyond taste, it has the power to bring people together, create lasting memories, and support a healthy, balanced life. Her passion for both flavour and the science behind food has found its perfect home at Nutridish, where she works closely with the kitchen team to craft wholesome, ready-made meals. In addition to hands-on cooking, Lungi plays a key role in research and development, ensuring every product meets Nutridish’s high standards and is backed by solid nutritional science. Outside of the kitchen, Lungi finds joy in her faith, quality time with friends and family, and staying active. She believes that balance- in food, in work, and in life - is essential for true well-being.

Chef Ndumiso
Ndumiso began his culinary journey in 2021, inspired by years of sharing African cuisine with his local community. Determined to turn his passion into a profession, he earned two culinary qualifications, working his way from assistant chef to chef de partie. For Ndumiso, healthy eating isn’t just about nutrition: it’s about longevity and quality of life. He joined Nutridish because of its focus on health-conscious clients and its mission to promote healthy living through innovation. Every dish he creates blends heart, heritage, and a vision for a healthier future.
